Faithful to our philosophy of innovation, Resimol has been working in the development of EcoTPU soles since 2012.

After the development of the compact EcoTPU soles with the same properties as polyester-based Tpu, we launched a new product line, the light version of the EcoTPU soles.

With 60% of material from renewable sources, we make a sole with the highest quality and technical features.

Light soles with a density of 0.60 (g/cm3) and abrasion of 150 (mm3), with a matt finish and an aspect similar to vulcanised rubber.

At the same time, it is possible to enrich this product by including inserts in different colours, rims or caps of various materials.

It is possible to manufacture the soles in one colour or in two colours with a sole of compact EcoTPU and a midsole of a very light material.

As an added value, we must emphasise that these products comply with all European Union restrictions regarding forbidden chemical products, as may be seen on the enclosed table.

Therefore, EcoTPU is an environmentally-friendly material, which keeps the physical and mechanical properties almost on the same level as oil-derived TPU. This makes of EcoTPU a very attractive option for all those shoe manufacturers who wish to work a natural shoe line, by showing their clients they have a policy of environmentally-responsible action.
